I suppose religion is sort of a boner killer.
I'm gonna guess a YMCA/Community Center/Boys Club sort of deal. A "let's turn this dilapidated building into something useful" kind of message.
These remind me of some (awful) billboards around Fargo that have an image of a goalie with no helmet, for example, and the thrilling headline "Where's the rest of your protection?" They're for some insurance company. Ick. Anyway, because of that I will say insurance.
This also reminds me of the Subway Michael Phelps ad where he swims through fields and concrete for Subway. Makes you realize how ridiculous and off-brand so many commercials are.
